1. GENERAL
This is a license agreement between you and Vladislav Bodyul to provide you with a non-exclusive right to use downloaded products and other materials from bodyulcg.com site.
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING AND USING FILES PROVIDED BY BODYULCG.COM, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRESENTED BELOW.
2. LICENSE GRANT
2.1 You may use the downloaded versions of free, lite and purchased products for any commercial or non-commercial purposes. Except for the demo version.
2.2 One purchased copy may be used only one computer at one location at any one time.
2.3 You may install one copy of the product on multiple machines, provided that you use it on only one machine at one time
2.4 You may use the product in a new location, by installing its content there and uninstalling it and all copies of the product and included files on the old place of use.
3. RESTRICTIONS
3.1 You may not resell the product or any of its included files.
3.2 You may not use demo versions of paid products for commercial purposes.
3.3 Free products may be modified in any way in order to conform to your needs. However, any such modifications or changes are still derivatives of the original and cannot be sold or distributed as your own.
4. TERMINATION
This license agreement takes effect upon your use of the product and remains effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting all files and copies thereof from your computer. It will also automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this license agreement.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
EXCEPT AS REPRESENTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, ALL WORK PRODUCT BY DEVELOPER IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. OTHER THAN AS PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, DEVELOPER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
