Refund Policy

This page describes the conditions under which a refund may be requested for products purchased on BodyulCG.com.

Digital products

All products sold on BodyulCG.com are digital. Due to their nature, refunds are not provided as a matter of course.

Eligibility

A refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase if the product contains a critical error that prevents it from functioning as described, and the issue cannot be resolved.
Upon receiving a refund request, an attempt will be made to identify and fix the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved in a reasonable time, a full refund will be issued.

How to request

Use the contact form on this site and include the following:

  • Order ID or proof of purchase
  • Product name and version
  • 3ds Max version
  • Description of the issue

Processing

Refunds are processed through PayPro Global or Digiseller depending on where the purchase was made. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after the refund is approved. The exact timeline depends on the payment platform and your bank.
